PUZO

"ZOMI"("ZO" people) is our specific or real name. Chin is given by the paganism. If you study about our PUZO history you could find what is our reality. We are not Chin. Therefore, this is the time to build our reality, OK. On the one hand The teem "ZOMI"(ZOMI BAPTISH CONVENTION) is submitted to God by the American Missionaries in 1953 for all the Chin/ZO hill people of western part of Burma. If you are Christian even you do not understand you should respect what the missionaries had done for us.

In india,the "ZO" people are unity as in ZOMI CHRISTIAN CHURCH at Lamka,very beautiful worship service in "ZO" Languague.The meaning of ZOMI: "ZO" is people,ZO is the name of the PUZO generations and MI is people.

Our "ZO" people who lived inside Burma are known as Chin because during the Bristish Colony time,the Burmese people simply called us in Chin(The meaning of Chin is Busket in Burmese Language,busket was made by bamboo),In Burma we can see to prove the "ZO" name by ZBA(ZO BAPTIST ASSOCIATION) and The Founder of ZBA --Pu-Cin Khaw Mang(London University G.C.E; B.Th; M.R.E) established and performed the ZBA and he was leading the Zo peoples and acted as full time-- General Secretary 13 years by without salary,also in the year in1969 from the BBC(Burma Baptist Convention) in Rangoon city that he was made his Blessed signification marks and received the confirmation of ZBA for the "ZO" tribe new generations together with Pu-Hang Gin Suan,Pu-Gin Za Hau,Bo-Thang Khaw Cin. Any body who loves "ZO" Land can lead the "ZO" people.And the meaning of Leader is also neccesary to sacrifice their life and his head for the ZO people.

Taang/Mr and Lia/Miss is only for "ZO" tribes. Like Leng and Val (Tlangval n fala) is used for Falam, Tlangval and Nula is for Mizo(Lusei), and so on. The only name that we all can use is the name that all Chin University Students onced agreed to use Salai and Mai.
Everyone who wants the Chin people unity should follow this.

Could we say, "ZO" belongs to all i.e., Kuki-Chin-Mizo(lusei)-Zomi-Hmar tribes/ people. ZOMI belongs to the lower hierarchy "L" group such as, Simte, Tedim, Paite, Vaiphei, Sihzang, Zo tung,Zo phei,Hakha Zo,Mate taithul relatives from the Thados etc., and Do not force to your fellow. Salai & Mai are just for Acho Chin and its the traditional culture. You should respect its. Without the permission of the traditional Culture owner use is provoking your fellows. Lia & Taang are the traditional culture not to try move away from the "ZO" people through the PUZO generations. Do not have narrow vision. Without respecting each other we never be in one, OK.
